🕒 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached.

  • Clearance, final sale, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges (subject to availability) within the 14-day window.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We provide a prepaid return label for convenience and deduct the shipping cost from your refund unless it’s our error.

📸 Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right—free of charge.
